- Double click on the email you want to read and answer.
- Left click on Reply, or if that message has been sent to several people and you want your answer to go to all of those people, left click on Reply All.
- Type your reply--there is a setting you can choose, if you desire, to select your reply to be placed above or below the quoted message.(Click on Tools > Account Settings > Composition & Addressing > click on the blue arrow to select "start my reply above the quote" or "start my reply below the quote". If your reply is above the quote, the "thread" reads from bottom up. If your reply is below the quote, the "thread" reads from top down.)
- When you are finished typing your reply, hit Send.
